Our 2025 Team Leader Conference celebrates the pivotal role of our leaders—the catalysts who inspire, organize, and guide volunteers in tackling the needs of our communities. Through panel discussions, skill-building workshops, and community-building activities, Team Leaders have the opportunity to refine their leadership skills and deepen their ability to inspire change.

The day will include many opportunities for connection with your fellow leaders, exclusive New York Cares swag, insightful panels, a free group lunch, and the third annual Team Leader of the Year Award presentation.
